Welcome!
I am a licensed mental health counselor who works with professionals in the state of Florida and Missouri who are struggling at work or at home. I have a history of supporting individuals in high functioning career settings. These performers can become burned out, feel resentful toward their workplace or have strains on relationships at home. I know it is tough to juggle it all. I am here to help support you in your relationships, in navigating the challenges that arise in your career life and in affirming your worth as an individual. My approach is to get to know you and how you tick, to understand your current struggles and work to identify patterns of thinking that are themes in your life. This approach is intended to help you to heal and to work on the things you have the power to change. I have experience in high performance roles as a director in multiple industries which helps me to better serve you and your career concerns. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, grief & loss, depression, low self-worth, or are trying to navigate your relationships, I am here to listen and support you through your process of healing.
